Do I have to claim the 4% bonus?

No. It applies to every deposit you make, not only your first one. If you deposit five times, all five count.

What is the most the bonus can pay?

Rs. 3,000 on a single deposit. Once your deposit reaches Rs. 75,000, 4% has already hit that cap, so a larger single deposit does not add more bonus.

How does the 5% referral pay out?
